Last week we held a graduation ceremony for our preschool students, as six of them have successfully completed the program and will be moving to Grade One in public school. Their parents attended the ceremony, and all had the same feedback about our program: “Now our children are so respectful and they have good knowledge of Khmer alphabet. They can also sing songs very well.”
We are so proud of our students and their parents commitment to study. Today we are launching an afternoon preschool class, with eleven students from the poorest families in our commune signed up to study. In addition to this, we have three students who will continue to study in the morning for the next year, and will further develop their Khmer language skills.
