Meet Sokhem, a hardworking woman who has faced many challenges in her life. She started working as a cleaner and babysitter at a young age, but due to her family's financial situation, she couldn't finish high school. Despite these obstacles, Sokhem persevered and at the age of 22, she got married and moved in with her husband, where she now has one daughter.

Sokhem's passion for sewing led her to join our sewing program, which she learned about from a previous student who now works with her. With the skills she learned in our program, Sokhem landed a job at an ethical factory as a packer. However, her dream was to become a seamstress at the same factory.

Thanks to her dedication and hard work, Sokhem's dream came true. She is now a seamstress at the ethical factory, earning $300 per month. In addition to her factory job, Sokhem has also set up a sewing shop at home where she makes clothes for her villagers during her time off.

Sokhem's story is a testament to the power of education and training. With the right skills and opportunities, people like Sokhem can overcome challenges and achieve their dreams. By supporting programs like ours, you can help individuals like Sokhem improve their lives and the lives of those around them. Join us in making a difference today.
